A client-centric, deadline-driven consulting team was facing immense pressure with exponential growth. Operating in a fiercely competitive industry, the team constantly felt the need to do more, faster, and with less time. The relentless demands were taking a toll on the team’s well-being, and while the leaders were committed to finding better balance, they were unsure how to proceed.

Our Approach

Through consultations with the executive team, we identified key challenges: working across time zones, industry competition, and the team’s pride in being highly responsive. These challenges made it difficult to establish, communicate, and enforce boundaries.

To address these issues, we implemented three strategies:

  • Boundary Training: We provided a session on healthy boundaries, offering practical strategies for identifying, communicating, and enforcing them authentically.

  • Group Coaching: We facilitated sessions to help the team apply these strategies and address challenges in real time.

  • Collective Boundaries: We guided the team in creating six collective boundary statements and a roadmap with actionable recommendations for the next 12 months.
