We’re here to shift culture and improve the experience of work
We believe systemic change is needed
Organizations play a key role in shaping the work experience. When we improve the structure, processes, and culture of organizations, we create conditions for better performance and well-being.
Leader support is an important part of the solution.
Great leaders are made, not born. When leaders get the support they need, their teams are more engaged and successful. That’s why leadership development is central to our work.
Individual experience of work matters
Given that we spend half our waking hours at work, how we experience it deeply affects our satisfaction and well-being. We want work to enrich, not detract from life.

our compass
As a team, we are guided by the following beliefs and principles:
Balance
We work to live, not live to work. Work should enrich life, not consume it. We advocate for a balanced and intentional approach to work.
Care
Our relationships are founded on authenticity and vulnerability. Before diving into work-related matters, we prioritize checking in with each other.
Humour
While we take our work and our clients’ trust seriously, we also value levity and laughter. Even when tackling heavy topics, a touch of humour is essential.
Flexibility
We’re thoughtful and adaptable, unafraid to embrace change. If our work isn’t serving its intended purpose, we’re quick to pivot and find a new path forward.
Responsibility
We live and work on Treaty 6 Territory, the traditional homeland of many First Nations and Métis Peoples. As settlers and treaty members, we commit to confronting our biases and contributing to reconciliation and decolonization.
Inclusion
We honor and celebrate the richness of every identity and perspective—whether gender, race, age, or abilities. Our shared journey is enriched by this diversity. Thank you for being a part of it.
